KENOSHA, WI (WTAQ) - Kenosha's fire chief is the subject of a new misconduct complaint.
The firefighters' union says John Thomsen has repeatedly used harassing or inappropriate behavior against his employees -- including abusive language and homophobic slurs.
The union has asked Kenosha's Police and Fire Commission to either discipline Thomsen, or terminate him.
He was named the fire chief in 2006. The Kenosha City Council reprimanded Thomsen in 2010 for not being objective in the handling of a personnel matter.
Thomsen has not commented on the new allegations.
