GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) - The entire state remains under a wind chill warning until Tuesday.
The National Weather Service says the “life-threatening” arctic blast is bringing wind chills of minus-35 to minus-55 degrees, dropping the mercury below zero.
Temperatures for kickoff at Sunday afternoon’s Green Bay Packers game is predicted to be minus-two degrees.
The weather service says if you plan on being outside today to, dress warm and wear layered clothing. Experts say frost bite in these conditions can occur in as little as 10 minutes.
