MANITOWOC, WI (WTAQ) - A $25,000 cash bond has been set for a man following a double fatal crash Sunday.

21-year-old Dylan Karnitz appeared in Manitowoc County court on expected charges of homicide by intoxicated use of a motor vehicle.

The deadly crash happened Sunday around 2:45 a.m. at the intersection of 9th and Huron streets.

Police say 23-year-old Christopher Mark of Manitowoc and 24-year-old Zachary Gates of Two Rivers died after two vehicles collided.      Five others were injured. One was flown to a hospital and four others were treated for non-life threatening injuries.

Karnitz is scheduled to make his initial appearance March 11.
