Following in the footsteps of frontman Paul Banks , Interpol drummer Sam Forgarino has created a new side project , EmptyMansions . In addition to Forgarino, the group’s members include The Jesus Lizard / Tomahawk guitarist Duane Denison and Secret Machines /Interpol producer Brandon Curtis , who plays bass and keyboards and sings backing vocals.

EmptyMansions’ debut album, snakes/vultures/sulfate , will feature eight tracks and arrives at all the usual outlets on April 2.  Here's the track list:
