OSHKOSH, WI (WTAQ) - A revamped downtown Oshkosh hotel is nearing completion.

The Oshkosh Premier Waterfront Hotel and Convention Center underwent a $14 million renovation will create 176 rooms and several executive suites. It'll also feature state-of-the-art meeting and banquet facilities.

The former Oshkosh City Center Hotel was bought by a local investment group last February.

The group is giving a tour of the renovation progress Tuesday.
