MADISON, WI (WTAQ) - Wisconsin has gained more than 24,000 jobs over the last 12 months.
The latest jobs report released by the Department of Workforce Development shows the Badger state is holding steady with job creation.
The data released is based on a survey of 96 percent of the businesses in Wisconsin.
The information was been released by Governor Scott Walker administration a month before the data is normally released. Democrats have accused Walker of playing politics with the jobs data.
The data still needs to go under federal review, which is handled by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics.
