OSHKOSH, WI (WTAQ) - Police in Oshkosh are searching for a man in connection with a sexual assault.

37-year-old Richard Kasper is 6-feet tall, weighs 220 pounds and has blue eyes with red hair. Police believe Kasper may be in the Appleton area. 

Authorities won't release details of the sexual assault other than to say it happened this year.
