Motley Crue drummer Tommy Lee is being sued by a Los Angeles engineer who claims he invented the rocker’s 360-degree drum roller coaster, TMZ.com reports.
According to the TMZ, engineer Scott King filed a lawsuit in L.A. County Superior Court, claiming he pitched the idea for the drum roller coaster to Lee in 1991, and that the drummer stole his idea for Motley Crüe’s 2011 tour.
King is seeking at least $400,000 in damages.
Motley Crue's attorneys insist Lee was never pitched the concept by King, and their ideas are completely different.
