The Killers are set to make a big splash on the Billboard 200 album chart this week. The band’s fourth studio album, Battle Born , is expected to grab the #3 slot, with projected sales putting it somewhere around 110,000 copies. We’ll find out if the band’s album has what it takes to be #2 when the new Billboard 200 chart's top 10 is released on Wednesday.

While all the band’s previous albums have debuted in the top 10, The Killers never scored a #1 album on the Billboard album chart. Their highest-charting release to date is their second studio album, Sam’s Town , which hit #2 when it was released in 2006.
