CLINTONVILLE, WI (WTAQ) - Federal law enforcement officials are apparently investigating at a Clintonville business Tuesday, but it's unclear what the reasons are for the visit.
FOX 11 reports one of the agencies is the Defense Criminal Investigative Service, an arm within the Department of Defense, is on the scene at Schutt Industries.
Local and state authorities say they're not involved in the investigation.
Several workers say they were told to go home for the day, but expect to be back at work Wednesday.
Officials at Schutt Industries refused to comment on the matter.
Per the company's website, "Schutt Industries (SI) was established in 1998 in Clintonville, WI. SI produces high performance military trailers and custom engineered ground systems.
