APPLETON, WI (WTAQ) - A Grand Cute man who is the owner of Elite Fire Apparatus based in Tilleda is felony charges for allegedly stealing $1.4 million. 

Seven counts of felony theft were filed in Outagamie County Court this week against 57-year-old David Moser who is accused of misappropriating funds that were supposed to pay for fire equipment in four municipalities across the country but were never delivered. 

In 2007, Bear Creek paid in advance nearly $200,000 for a water tanker truck that was never delivered.
