OCONTO, WI (WTAQ) - An Oconto County jury has found Jason McDonald not guilty in connection with a fatal hit-and-run crash in 2010.

The 28-year-old McDonald was arrested in July 2011.

A criminal complaint states that McDonald admitted he may have hit 77-year-old Ronald Borths, but also said he didn't believe he was the first person to have hit him.

Borths was killed while walking on Van Dyke Street in Oconto on September 6, 2010.
