Just two weeks after giving birth to son Finn, Tori Spelling is back in the hospital again and recovering from emergency surgery. ""Tori Spelling underwent emergency surgery over the weekend due to complications from her C section,"" Spelling's rep tells Hollwood.com.

According to TMZ, the 39-year-old actress was rushed to the hospital on Saturday — but now it sounds like she is doing much better. ""She remains in the hospital and is resting comfortably,"" Spelling's rep says.

Hopefully Spelling can get home soon to spend time with her new son, who was born on Aug. 30. He is her fourth child with husband Dean McDermott. She also is mother to Liam, 5, Stella, 4, and Hattie, who will turn 1 on Oct. 10.
