PULASKI, WI (WTAQ) - Prevea Health is breaking ground Thursday on a new health center to replace an aging building in Pulaski.
It's a brand new 11,000 square foot facility, right behind the old clinic on St. Augustine Street, which was built in 1979.
"The community has grown a lot since 1979," says Prevea President and CEO Dr. Ashok Rai. "And now we can grow with the community, without having to move locations."
The clinic will continue to offer behavioral care, family medicine, optometry, and physical therapy.
Construction is expected to be complete by June of 2013. The old building will be razed to make room for a new parking lot.
