GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) - A man charged with the murder of Green Bay teenager Jeremy Teller has been ordered to stand trial.
Julio Gonzalez waived his preliminary hearing in Brown County Circuit Court Wednesday.
Gonzalez, who's charged with first-degree intentional homicide, attempted first-degree intentional homicide and felon possessing a firearm, will enter a plea October 22nd.
Green Bay police say Gonzalez was involved in an altercation earlier in the day of the shooting. He and six friends went to confront someone from the earlier incident.
After arriving at a house on Smith Street, Gonzalez allegedly fired at the 15-year-old Teller and his friend. Both had nothing to do with the previous incident.
