FOND DU LAC, WI (WTAQ) - A company from Fond du Lac is buying a metal recycling facility in Omaha Nebraska.

The Sadoff Iron and Metal Company runs a scrap metal yard in Lincoln Nebraska – and media reports say the firm will acquire Midwest Metals Recycling by the end of this month.

Terms have not been disclosed.

Midwest Metals started 21 years ago as a place where aluminum cans were recycled. It has since grown to handle other metals.

The Iron and Metal Company is part of Sadoff and Rudoy Industries, which is headquartered in Fond du Lac
