FOND DU LAC, WI (WTAQ) - Two men charged with tying a teen upside down and having a dog attack him will stand trial.
Richard Lisko and Joel Kennedy allegedly tied up Kennedy's 18-year-old son to question him about alleged thefts from Lisko's home.
An Argentine Mastiff bit Joel Kennedy Jr. multiple times, while denying that he stole from Lisko.
A Fond du Lac County sheriff's deputy testified at a preliminary hearing Friday, after which Kennedy and Lisko were ordered to stand trial. Arraignments have not been scheduled.
A defense request to have Kennedy Jr. testify was denied by Judge Richard Nuss.
The dog was seized and taken to the humane society.
