LOWELL, WI (WSAU) -  One man is dead and another injured after a head-on traffic crash in Dodge County Tuesday. State Patrol investigators say 65-year-old Charles Norman Long from Reeseville, Wisconsin died after his Toyota RAV 4 S-U-V crossed the centerline near the crest of a hill and collided with a truck. The crash happened on highway 60 near Lowell, Wisconsin. 62-year-old George G. O’Neal from Madison was driving the truck and was treated at UW Hospital in Madison for non-life threatening injuries. Investigators say speed and alcohol were not factors in the crash.
