FOND DU LAC, WI (WTAQ) - One of the men accused of ordering a dog to attack a teen pled not guilty Friday.

In Fond du Lac County Court, Joel Kennedy entered that plea to five counts related to the interrogation of a teen using an Argentine Mastiff.

Authorities say Kennedy and Richard Lisko tied up Kennedy's son and had the dog attack him as they questioned him about a theft.

Both are scheduled for trial December 17.
