Number one draft choice Nick Perry of the Packers was fined $15,000.00 by the NFL for his hit on Indianapolis Colts quarterback Andrew Luck last Sunday.   Perry drilled Luck in the upper chest forcing a fumble on the play but was flagged for an unneccessary roughness penalty.   Perry admitted he received the fine Wednesday and was told by the league he led with the crown of his helmet.  Perry plans to appeal the fine but added he will have to learn from the play.
