GRAND CHUTE, WI (WTAQ) - It's amazing what you can find cleaning out a garage as one Grand Chute family found out Saturday, when they discovered a bomb.

Police say officers were sent to a home in the 2700 block of West Highway Drive for a possible explosive device.

The cops determined that the device was suspicious and called for the Brown/Outagamie County Bomb Squad.

The bomb squad arrived and found the device was an actual improvised explosive device. The device was recovered and rendered safe.

Both agencies continue to investigate the incident.
