RIPON, Wis (WTAQ)  A Ripon man has posted a million dollar cash bond after he was arrested on charges that he tried to hire a hit man to kill a business associate. 61-year-old Lee Stellmacher allegedly contacted members of a motorcyle gang to kill Rick Parks, a man who is involved in a lawsuit against Stellmacher. He's also accused of talking to an undercover police officer about the murder-for-hire of a second man involved in the suit.

District Attorney Dan Kaminsky requested the high bond amount in an attempt to keep Stellmacher behind bars for witness safety.
