Ronnie Polk: Wanted for fatal weekend shooting in Sheboygan.

SHEBOYGAN, WI (WTAQ) - Sheboygan police continue to search for a Milwaukee man who they say was involved with the Saturday shooting death of a man who “may have a family tie” to the suspect.  Police identified the suspect Monday as 27-year-old Ronnie Polk from Milwaukee.  He is wanted in connection with the fatal shooting of 25-year-old Brandon Davis of Sheboygan.  Sheboygan Police Capt. James Vesser says they responded to a hospital on Saturday around 6:45 p.m. for a shooting victim who was shot in the upper torso.  Police say Davis was shot at a home in the 1800 block of 9th Street South.  He was found outside in the street by several acquaintances who then brought him to the hospital.  Both men were attending a social gathering and neither men lived at the home.  A 9 mm handgun used in the shooting has been recovered.  Vesser says they are looking for Polk in the Milwaukee area, and is wanted for first degree reckless homicide, suspected felony possession of a firearm.
