The day after the Red Hot Chili Peppers were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, the band played a free concert for volunteers of President Obama ’s re-election campaign in Ohio. Now, a video recap has been posted online which features highlights from the show at Cleveland's House of Blues.
The three-minute video features interviews with volunteers who got their free tickets to show by working a shift at one of the campaign's select phone banks in Ohio, snippets of speeches made at the event, and footage of the Chili Peppers performing live. It also includes footage of the band engaging some of the “hardest-working volunteers” in a meet-and-greet session.
