NEW FRANKEN, WI (WTAQ) - Brown county Sheriff’s are investigating the death of the man found floating in the bay Friday evening.  The man was found next to a boat and is not being treated as suspicious at this time.  A call came in around 6:44 p.m. about a man needing help on the bay a couple miles south of Bay Shore County Park up near New Franken.  The nearby boat had taken on some water and rescuer pulled the man out where he was later pronounced dead at the hospital.  No other information was available.
