STURGEON BAY, WI (WTAQ) - A 28-year-old Sturgeon Bay woman has been charged in connection to a drug-related death.
Authorities say Andrea Esther has been charged with first-degree reckless homicide after she told investigators she gave Demetrias Moya a controlled substance.
The 49-year-old Moya later died as a result of taking oxymorphone, which is a pain killer. He was found dead in October.
Authorities say this caps a three-month investigation.
