OSHKOSH, WI (WTAQ) - A man charged in the starvation death of his dog has been found incompetent to stand trial.
Online court records show Winnebago County Judge Karen Seifert dismissed the charges of mistreatment of animals against Bryan Hutcherson.
Samantha Braatz was sentenced to 4 months in jail for her role in the death of the dog, Snoop, who was found dead on an Oshkosh sidewalk.
