Steven Tyler is gearing up for his CMT Crossroads performance with country star Carrie Underwood . The special Super Bowl edition of the show will be broadcast from the Pepsi Super Bowl Fan Jam at Indianapolis' Pepsi Coliseum on Saturday night at 11:00 p.m. Eastern time.
This won't be the first time Tyler and Underwood have sung together. They previously duetted at the 2011 Academy of Country Music (ACM) Awards, delivering a mashup of the Aerosmith classic "Walk this Way" and Underwood's hit "Undo It."
The long-running Crossroads series pairs rock and pop artists with country stars for a cross-genre jam session. Previous collaborations featured on the show include Sting with Vince Gill , Robert Plant with Alison Krauss , Bon Jovi with Sugarland , The Pretenders with Faith Hill , and Def Leppard with Taylor Swift .
