It looks as if Travis Barker will be joining Blink-182 on its tour of Australia in 2013 afterall, NME.com reports.
The drummer had said earlier this month he wouldn’t be taking part in the band’s upcoming tour of Australia because of a fear of flying he developed as a result of the plane crash he barely survived in the fall of 2008. Barker said he can’t deal with taking a 24-hour flight to Australia.
He now appears to have changed his mind. NME.com reports when A.J. Maddah , the promoter of Australia’s Soundwave Festival announced that Blink-182 would be performing, he made a point to inform fans that Barker would be involved, tweeting, “Mark+Tom+Travis. Yes Travis.”
