The former That 70s Show star was detained by police in Lost Hills, California on Saturday afternoon (31Mar12) on suspicion of corporal injury upon a spouse.

She has been held on $50,000 (£31,250) bail. No more details about the incident which led to Kelly's arrest were available as WENN went to press.
