GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) - The story just didn’t match up with the autopsy. 28-year-old Roy Tidwell from Green Bay is being charged with first degree reckless homicide in the death of his girlfriend 26-year-old Christina Biscoff. Authorities responded to a call from Tidwell on August 28th that she might be dead. Officers found Biscoff dead in the bathroom, with a cord hanging around a coat hook and some marks around her neck. The couple lived with three children, the eldest is 9. Tidwell says he was alerted to her death, after hearing one them crying. He said walked into the bathroom and found two of the boys standing over his girlfriend. After an investigation, and evidence collected police says his story didn’t hold up to the autopsy results. Tidwell is also being charged with obstructing an officer.
