APPLETON, Wis. (WTAQ) - An Outagamie County Board supervisor is sentenced to 120 days in jail after pleading no contest to fourth-offense drunk driving.
70-year-old Peter Beckley was also fined $1,735, had his driver's license revoked for 3 years and must have an ignition interlock installed for a year after entering the no contest plea this week to the misdemeanor charge.
Police stopped Beckley last winter for driving without his headlights on at 2 a.m.
