INDIANAPOLIS, IN (WIBQ)  -- Indiana State Fair Officials now say they were heading for the stage to tell Sugarland fans to evacuate when that 70 mile an hour wind gust came through, collapsing the stage, killing five and injuring 45. The fair’s director Cindy Hoye and Indiana Sate Police Captain Brad Weaver said just after the emcee told concert goers that rough weather was on the way, they were just going to evacuate. They didn’t have time.
