(Holland, MI - WHTC News) - A 48-year-old Holland woman has been bound over for trial in the death of a motorcyclist earlier this month on a Holland Township road.

Angel Heisler allegedly was driving on a suspended license from another state when she pulled her car in front of Robert Wright’s machine while trying to turn left from 136th Avenue south of Riley Street on June 9th into a driveway. The 49-year-old Holland man was thrown from the machine upon impact and died the next day, while his passenger, 34-year-old Lisa Dagen of Holland, continues to recover from serious injuries suffered in the crash.

Heisler had a negligent homicide count added yesterday to the list of charges facing her, and remains in the Ottawa County Jail on 15 thousand dollars bond.

Wright was the first of three motorcyclists killed in crashes in and around the Lakeshore this month. A Grandville man died on I-196 in Wyoming, and a Pullman man succumbed to injuries suffered in a wreck on I-96 near Nunica.
