GREEN BAY, Wis. (WTAQ) - A Green Bay woman accused of leading police on a high-speed chase with her kids in the car has reached a plea deal.

35-year-old Tammy Cook, also known as Tammy Gutierrez, pleaded guilty to four different charges, in exchange for prosecutors to drop charges of retail theft and disorderly conduct against her.

Cook allegedly stole several items from a Woodman's Supermarket in Howard, which set off the pursuit . It all ended when she crashed her van.
