I always liked MAD TV... it was a cool alternative to SNL back in the mid-90's. Caliendo was on the show, Michael McDonald, and Artie Lang, too. Towards the end of the show's run it got a bit cheesy, but there were still some epic shows... like when KISS showed up to take Nicole Sullivan to prom:
