Van Halen and Billy Joel will co-headline the inaugural Stone Music Festival at Sydney's ANZ Stadium over the April 20 and 21 weekend.

According to the Daily Telegraph, the festival will see co-headliners Billy Joel and VH joined by Kings Of Chaos, Richie Ramone, Lifehouse and Illumination Road also confirmed for the bill.

Major Australian rock acts, including some reunited 90s chart-toppers, are also expected to be named on the bill in the lead-up to tickets going on sale on Thursday, February 21. more on this story
