Philadelphia Eagles running back LeSean McCoy says a replacement ref told him: "I need you for my fantasy team."

The All Pro running back said the ref made the comment to him during the Eagles win over the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday. 

But an NFL spokesman says that officials are not permitted to play fantasy football.
