A drummer for Ted Nugent is facing charges in Bangor, Maine after he was caught driving drunk in a golf cart that he stole from a concert venue.

55-year-old Mick Brown was intoxicated when he stole the cart and started driving it recklessly on a foot path. When officers tried to stop him, Brown sped past them and shoved a security officer. Two security officers then took him from the cart and arrested him.

He'll be in court soon.
