Not sleeping a lot lately? This could be the reason why: bright screens! If you stare at a bright screen for two hours before going to bed, it does affect your sleep.
That bright light messes with your melatonin levels. Melatonin is what regulates your internal clock and makes you feel sleepy around bed time. If you have trouble sleeping, skip the TV, computer, i-Pad, or anything with a bright screen before bed. Or in the least, limit the amount of time you spend with that bright screen.
I know it's hard to do in todays world, but I have faith in you. Pick up a deck of cards or read a book. OR, listen to the radio. ; )
