AXS.TV is a website that films concerts and broadcasts them live online. They do all different music formats, fights, etc. This is what Sebastian Bach's band was doing when, now former guitarist, Nick Sterling refused to sign the waiver to be filmed. That's the final straw that lead to Bach hiring a new guitarist.
