Billy Corgan is getting sued, because a tree in his yard fell through his neighbor's roof during a storm. The guy next door is Eric Dane, who just got killed off of Grey's Anatomy. Dane is mostly pissed off, because his wife was 9 months pregnant at the time and in the house when it happened. Dane claims he told Billy the tree was dangerous and needed to be removed. Corgan says that's not true.

BUT, what makes this story truly 'Hollywood' is the fact that we're talking about a eucalyptus tree. Who other than an eccentric singer has eucalyptus trees all over their property?
