Bam Margera Arrested

In what may be the lamest reason to arrest someone during Mardi Gras... 

Bam was partying it up in the French Quarter, when he decided to jump into a pool with his clothes on. "I was swimming in a pool with my clothes on at Mardi Gras. Not really a good story... but that's what happened."

WAIT - you can get arrested for that??
