Former Rainbow and Dio bassist Jimmy Bain was arrested after causing a car accident, then failing a sobriety test. Cops said Bain also had Vicodin on his person without a valid prescription. He was released on $60,000 bail and has been charged with DUI for driving under the influence of drugs. At the time of his arrest, Bain had an outstanding felony warrant for prior drug charges. 

He's got a date with a LA County judge on September 19th.
